This video was made in partnership with WOCA (Women of Color in Cornell Athletics) who organized and led a campus-wide, student-athlete march in support of the Black Lives Matter movement in the fall of 2020.

Why i march
This video tells the story of Jay Matthews, a varsity women's soccer player and co-president of WOCA (Women of Color in Cornell Athletics). Released as a part of a media campaign to promote Our March, Our Campus, this video called student-athletes to attend the march and over 1,000 showed up.

This short trailer is intended to feel like a collage of memories from players and coaches about Hoy Field, which used to be one of the oldest college baseball fields in the country before it was torn down.
